• All content—videos, modules, worksheets, templates, PDFs, and training materials—belongs to OjasX and its creators.
• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Instamojo, etc.).
• All sales are final and non-refundable, unless clearly stated during checkout or required by law.
• If you face technical issues with access, contact us and we will resolve it quickly.

You agree not to:

• Upload, share, or submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Engage in hacking, cheating, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

• We do not guarantee any specific outcome (financial, relationship, career, or personal).
• Your results depend on your consistency, personal circumstances, and implementation.
• While we aim for accuracy and quality, we are not liable for accidental errors or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• OjasX is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost income, data, or opportunities).
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific OjasX program.

• OjasX welcomes learners worldwide.
• You are responsible for ensuring that accessing our platform is legal in your region.
• All data transfers and storage follow our Privacy Policy.

OjasX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the platform (fraud, illegal use, piracy, or sharing content)
• Harm the brand reputation or disrupt the community

Termination may be immediate, without prior notice, and refunds may not be granted.
